Reminders Data

WeekForward accesses your Apple Reminders to display and manage your tasks. This data:

• Remains stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple
• Is NOT transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers
• Is NOT shared with any third parties for any purpose
• Is processed entirely on your device using Apple's EventKit framework

Permissions

WeekForward requests the following permissions to provide its core functionality:

• Reminders Access: To read, create, update, and delete your reminders
• Notifications: To send you alerts about upcoming tasks, daily summaries, and overdue reminders

These permissions are used exclusively for the app's intended functionality and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.

Information We DO NOT Collect

WeekForward does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
• Usage analytics or behavior data
• Device information or identifiers
• Location data
• Contacts or calendar events
• Any content from your reminders or notes
• Crash reports or diagnostic data

Data Storage

All your reminder data is stored exclusively in your iCloud account, which is managed by Apple. WeekForward:

• Does not operate any servers that store user data
• Does not maintain any databases of user information
• Does not backup or sync your data to any external services

Your data synchronization across devices is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

WeekForward does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. The app operates completely independently and privately on your device.

Notifications

WeekForward uses Apple's local notification system to send you reminders. These notifications:

• Can be managed in iOS Settings → Notifications → WeekForward

Children's Privacy

WeekForward does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. The app is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Since we don't collect any personal information, there is no data that could be associated with children.

Your Rights and Controls

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is in your iCloud account and Apple Reminders app
• Deletion: Delete all app data by uninstalling WeekForward
• Revoke Permissions: Disable reminders access in iOS Settings → Privacy → Reminders
• Disable Notifications: Turn off notifications in iOS Settings or in-app Settings
• Export Data: Your reminders can be exported using Apple's native Reminders app

Data Security

Since WeekForward doesn't collect or transmit your data, there are no servers to secure or data transfers to protect. Your reminders are protected by:

• Apple's iCloud encryption and security measures
• Your device's passcode and biometric authentication
• iOS's sandboxing and permission system

International Users

WeekForward can be used anywhere in the world. Since all data remains on your device and in your iCloud account, there are no international data transfers involved in using the app.
